New Obitsu on eBay

My new girl 04HB

My momoko today is the lovely 04HB from the 2004 petworks happy box. I got her in a trade and am totally pleased. She’s one that caught my eye but I just figured she was another one out of my reach so don’t even bother to want her. But now I have her. She’s a gem!

On my dolly projects I do have a new 1/6 sized obitsu head up on eBay modeled on a sekiguchi body. She’s a white tone head with black hair and her photos don’t do her justice. Click here or on the picture to view or bid.

New Barbie

Well, it’s almost Friday and thank goodness for that! My momoko today is a White Hazy Wind with a partial reroot. I gave her a short bob after adding some hair in the same plantinum white color. I love this outfit on her-One of the new outfits that I ordered recently. I’m waiting on some nude momokos I ordered which I will customize and put on my website for sale so check it in the next week or so. This is assuming I don’t fall absolutely in love with them and can’t dare to part with them. However, I have so many now that I can’t keep everyone that walks in the door so I will probably stick by what I say here and offer them for sale anyway.

I have a new doll up on eBay tonight. She was previously a Modern Circle Melody doll and has been rerooted and repainted. I also added rooted eyelashes. I’m really into the redheads lately so she’s another redhead. This is GAW red katsilk. Very pretty color. What’s interesting about these Modern Circle dolls is the vintage headmolds they have. This particular one is the original twist and turn barbie headmold which is probably my favorite of the Barbie headmolds along side Francie. Click here or on the picture to view or bid.

Cherry Tomato…

momokos 1076

Happy Friday! My momokos today are 3 reroots with the same hairstyle. The blonde one was a commission and is back at her home now. But before she left, I decided to try and take some fun arty photos as I was inspired by my friend and fellow collector Gabriela who takes such awesome photos of her dolls that she finally decided to make a coffee table book of them. She’s now taking orders for them. So, if you’re like me and love to buy those Dolly Coordinate Recipe books just for the pictures, then this book is for you. Unlike the recipe books, this has not just a few photos of my favorite doll but 35 pages worth! All are impeccably dressed and some of my reroots made it in. These books are works of art so do check it out.

Now, on to my dolly projects. I finished a tired worn francie doll and totally gave her some spicey pizazz. I call her Cherry Tomato because of her yummy tomato colored hair. She’s on eBay so click here or on the picture to view or bid.
